Our work covers acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership structures, typically from $2M upward. We work directly with founders and boards, and we stay through execution. What differentiates us is the network: we connect counterparties, we know who is buying and who is building, and we have the relationships to move a deal forward when a standard process would stall.

We work with leadership teams who need more than a framework. They need someone who understands the commercial dynamics of this sector and can connect them to the right people at the right time.

We take on a small number of retainer clients where we can have genuine impact, and we bring our network to every engagement, not just our analysis.
